Mike and Julie both graduated in the early 1990's from Hyles-Anderson College. They have two children, Carolann and Jason. They have been married since June of 1993. Since 1995 they have served fulltime in church ministry. He has been senior pastor since 2008.

James has two degrees from Lonestar Baptist College in Mesquite, Texas and has been a lively addition to our staff. His wife, Hannah, is a 2022 graduate of Baptist College of America.

Youth Pastor and Assistant School Principal
Jonathan and Emily graduated from Hyles-Anderson in 2004. After 15 years serving as youth pastor in Louisiana, God moved the Lakie family to Roanoke Baptist.

Joanna is a great mom of two sons and grew up here at Roanoke Baptist. She graduated from Providence Baptist College in Elgin, Illinois.
